Builder Collective

While being a homeowner is not a requirement of membership many do have homes that need constant maintenance, we have over the years built a strong base of fundamentals for all general construction. The project we have tackled range from fence painting, softener installations, to forestry work.

How does it work?

In brief you donate a day of your time along with several other members to help another member, each month the schedule rotates to a different member. Members have access to the tool and material resources of the whole group.

The original structure was as follows: - 4 Members - 1 Members picks the project each month - Members rotate monthly though a, somewhat set patern, to determine whose "turn" it is - Member setting the project provides lunch and refreshments

Your structure, your collective can be any size and rotation, formality as possible. We work to help match people up with others in their area where possible, this is only available to Canadians'. Join our discord to find out more.
